When you click a product link on this site and buy something, we may receive a small commission — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be without our link.

It never changes the pick

A commission has never decided a ranking. We routinely place a budget product above a pricier one, and we tell you when the cheaper option is the better buy, even though the expensive one would pay us more. If a pick is here, it's because we think it's the right gift for the person described — full stop. Read exactly how we choose.

How our links work

Product links route through a simple redirect on our own domain (a /golink) that adds our Amazon Associates tag and sends you on to Amazon. It's tagged so the purchase is credited to us, and it's marked sponsoredso search engines understand it's a monetized link. That's the entire mechanism — no hidden trackers, no data resold.

About the prices

Prices on this site are pulled live from Amazon's data and stamped with the date we last checked. They change constantly. If our data is more than 48 hours old, the number is removed and the button simply says "Check price on Amazon" instead of showing a figure that may have gone stale. Where a figure can't be verified, we show none. Amazon's price at checkout is always the one that counts.

No invented ratings or social proof

We do not publish made-up star ratings, buyer-count claims, or customer quotes. The scores you see are our own editorial judgment from a published rubric, clearly labeled as such — never presented as customer reviews or lab measurements.
